How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend. See our shipping policy for details.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We process orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery then typically takes 7–15 business days from dispatch. Some items are made to order in the United States and ship within the US; where that applies, the product page says so. Full details are in our shipping policy.

How do I track my order?

We email you a tracking number when your order ships. If you can't find that email, write to support@nexafig.com with your order number.

What is your return policy?

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging. Please read our refund policy for the full conditions before sending anything back.

What if my order arrives damaged or is the wrong item?

Email us right away at support@nexafig.com with your order number and a short description of the problem, and we will work with you to resolve it.

What happens if my parcel is lost?

If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will send a replacement or give you a full refund. Contact support@nexafig.com with your order number so we can look into it.
